The Home Depot

This is one of the larger Home Depot locations I’ve been to, and it really stands out. The outdoor garden area is spacious and well maintained, and the contractor pick-up area is super convenient for larger orders. The store is well staffed, and the employees are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are what you'd expect from a typical Home Depot—fair and competitive. The store is also relatively clean and well organized, and shelves are usually well stocked, so it’s rare that I can’t find what I’m looking for. All in all, a reliable and efficient shopping experience.

I stopped at the Home Depot in the afternoon after my meal at Panera Bread to pickup some specific 3" corner braces that are reinforced at the 90° section for fabricating custom Ravelco Anti-Theft Device Bracket JIGs. I was in the Hardware aisle looking for the items that I had located online via the Home Depot website for this location. Casaine, Hardware Associates quickly greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I replied, "Yes" and showed him exactly what I was looking for. Together, we quickly located the exact items i.e Item 030699246106 CNR BR BLK which I needed four packages. I also needed some clear vinyl tubing to fabricate a Manual Fluid Extractor for when I need to drain Automotive Engine Coolant from a Coolant Reservoir when performing various scopes of work. Customer service when I enter the store was great .. exceptional very helpful but when I asked if I can check out at the customer service desk, I was met with a lot of attitude.. the young lady at the check out was very rude.. she asked me if I was returning and I said no , I was told I can check out here, I said is that ok? She ignored me . I handed her my items in her hand and she proceeded to ring me up and place the item on the counter. Give me my receipt, I said thank you .. she just looked at me . Nothing came out of her mouth.. PEOPLE especially YOUNG people if you don’t want to work and you can’t be customer friendly.. don’t work in public sectors… you should be grateful to have a job..

This store has the worst customer service. Every single time I come there( and its alot) i can never find anyone in the department i need. Every ones excuse is oh thats not my department! Or if they do work in that department , they have absolutely no clue on any products and I have to YouTube or Google what i need. It's so frustrating to go to a store to get an item, and the actual store you have to get it from can't help you find what u need. Other home depot ive been to have been fairly help or at least try to help. This one i feel everyone hates their job and dont want to work there. It's sad!!!!! I hate this particular store, its the absolute worst in the area.

I went to the tool rental department and they have some of the best service hands down. I needed help with some cuts on a door I was installing and O’Neil did everything to make sure it would happen. The cuts were perfect and now my door works perfect. Much appreciated. Shout out O’Neil
