I recently visited Home Depot to purchase new doors for my home and had an outstanding experience thanks to Sean. From the moment I walked into the department, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, and this employee went above and beyond. Thanks to their help, I left confident in my purchase and excited for my new doors. Highly recommend their assistance if you're shopping in the doors department!

Only giving 1 star because 2 gentlemen spent quit a bit of time helping me find an item that they couldn’t find. I appreciate their efforts. I drove 1.5 hours to pick up an item that they said they had in stock at this location. After searching for almost 30 minutes, they were able to see that it was delivered on Friday. However that truck has not been unloaded yet. It is now Monday. Nobody was able to get it off of the truck. So the truck has been sitting there for 4 days without being unloaded yet someone scanned into inventory as received. It even gives me an option to pick it up online at the store in less than 2 hours. However, nobody is going to unload the truck until tonight. 3 hour round trip wasted. Very disappointing! I hope the manager sees this post. DO NOT trust what you read

I was looking for the Christmas Donkey and when I ordered it my order got cancelled. Shamika at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure when the truck came in I would get a Donkey. Not only was she kind she was very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I have nvr in 53 years of life had a employee go above and beyond like she did. She is a asset to this company and she deserves a raise. I will be visiting more often from Perry just because of her. 🫶🏼
