The Home Depot

This newly open manor texas home depot was less crowded than the mueller home depot & is more convenient to get to from where I stay. and the employees was eager to offer assistance in help finding what I was looking for. 👍

Carolina in garden is the reason we love coming to this location. She always has such a positive attitude and finds a way to connect with you. Carolina is also great with kids. I’m a teacher and I appreciate her care at the kids workshops, she’s so patient, welcoming and don’t get me started on her BEAUTIFUL handwriting on the aprons. Home Depot is so lucky to have her as an employee.

I came to this store Feb 26 around 6:15pm my trip started off well at the paint desk. The associate was professional and helpful. After that there were no associates at prodesk the pro cashier was more interested in talking to his little girlfriend than being helpful. I went to the service desk/ returns to make a phone sale. The person there was an assistant manager with a serious lack of skills. First it took him forever to talk to and complete the sale for the person. Next the lady infront of me wanted to order a shed he had no clue how to do that. He then grabbed a cashier to help her. I told him I needed to do a phone sale and he said go to pro. I said no the cashier down there is more interested in talking to his little girlfriend than being helpful and there are no pro assoc

This is a really nice Home Depot! It’s very clean and organized inside. It has a beautiful garden center outside too. The employees are really nice and helpful. The restrooms are in the front if you need them.

Went to Home Depot went to check out in the garden center since most stuff I had was from the garden center. Walked up towards the regular cash register cashier just stood there ignored me so I went over to the self serve cash register, and started ringing myself up when I went to go pay for my stuff she asked if I scanned everything. I said I did she can check if she liked, and I told her if she was doing her job I wouldn’t of had to scan my own stuff she would’ve been scanning it and then she wouldn’t have to doublecheck. She told me to mind my own. I told her that I wanted to talk to her manager, and she walked away, taking my basket with my stuff and ignoring me. Called for a manager to come waited and waited no manager showed up. I had to go and find the manager the manager. Alex said
