The Home Depot

Went today, 2 key makers don't work, and they didn't stick a basic sink drain part. Rented floor sander and rental management and staff was alarmingly incompetent. Found out we needed red pads to operate rectangular sander, which when we asked if we needed anything else besides sandpaper with teaching they said no. So we had to go back and buy them, losing 4 hrs. They only had 3. So 8 hrs later, we needed more, called them and no store had them in stock. The management here NEEDS TO CHANGE. We have a contractor account here but after these experiences this place will be a no go from now on.

I have been shopping at Home Depot since I bought my first house 20 years ago and for the first time I found the service impeccable and I want to say thank you to Nigel For that I just wished that Home Depot in general, I have hired more people like Nigel Because his Professionalism, Willing to help And most of all, taking the time to make sure I find what I was looking for before I left The store is what customer service is all about. This review is for the Home Depot Truck rental, which is horribly deceiving and time wasting. I did an online a truck rental from home depot to deliver a large shelf rack that I purchased from them for a customer of mine. They advertise $17.99 for 75 minutes for the pickup truck. So I reserved the truck online, got a receipt, they charged my card, and then the next day before pickup, (after hiring help for loading), I received an email cancellation. When I called the Home Depot rep, they said they don’t do the 75 minute rentals anymore, even though its all over the rental website, and said it’s a 4 hour minimum, putting the price way more money about 130 bucks instead of $17.99 (plus tax and any extras) What the heck? That $17.99 and $19.99 rate is painted all over the trucks also. What a

I spent hours trying to figure out how to cut a piece of metal for my bed frame. I wanted to do it myself through some research on what tools to use, and I tried and failed terribly. I finally walked into Home Depot looking to get some alternative equipment, and I bumped into Robert in the rental side of the store and within five minutes, he had already resolved my issue. I get an anxious asking employees for helping in some stores because they don’t usually look like they want to help anyone but Robert was keen on greeting me and willing to help. Thanks a lot!

Good place close to the highway, with good parking. A couple of nice food places just across from Home Depot. Customer Service was helpful at H.D. My only issue there was that the available stock of the item I wanted were all damaged. Very disappointed.
