Has nearly everything you need when you own a home. If not they can order it! Quick self checkout is great for small limited items. But their return Lady is annoying, definitely needs rotated off the customer service team, she's too wound up and takes ANY conversation or words as an offense. Had 2 interaction in a week with this woman, 1st one she accused me of returning an opened used product. When CLEARLY it was still factory sealed, just the product paper was shifted around for whatever reason. The she told me that I should not have bought this item and picked a different one. WHY? Its sealed, nothing wrong with it. Didn't need it so returned. In the end she begruntling accepted the return. 2nd time I returned 1 simple item CLEARLY unused and she had no problem with that, but a

I was shopping in this Home Depot when I overheard an Operations Manager, Victor, speaking very rudely to a young man about a refund that customer service had already approved. The manager was dismissive and even asked the customer why FedEx delivered a package to the wrong address, which clearly isn’t something the customer could control. As someone who runs customer-facing businesses myself, I know how important respectful communication is. No customer should be spoken to that way, especially when the issue had already been authorized by corporate. It was uncomfortable to witness and not what I expect from Home Depot. I hope store leadership looks into this and reinforces professionalism and respect when dealing with customers.

Jeremy was so helpful the few times I had to come into the store for a mix of home repairs and setting up Christmas lights. Stores like Home Depot can feel overwhelming with the many different options to achieve the same goal, but Jeremy was very knowledgeable and really nice. As someone who shops with a list and doesn't like to be in the store long, Jeremy helped me get all that I needed in less than 15 minutes.

I would like to say thank you for Anthony and James and Johny they are a great team in the lumber area they did amazing job helping me throw out my stuff in the lumber area . And not to forget the best part Mr Jeffery the manger been very professional with and supportive with my project and services . Definitely 5 stars 🌟 for this great team.

This location is my first choice due it's the closet. Nice selection of various products I needed for today's visit. My only concern today was there were no shopping carts available on the plant/yard side that we came in on...had to go to the other end which is not close at all. Luckily we had items to get toward that end.
