The Home Depot

Normally good. 2 months ago my dad 87 years, purchased a GE refrigerator spending around 1800 dollars. He wanted something nice to make getting water and ice easier. 3 days later, the freezer quits working, losing all frozen foods. Since he didn’t buy extra insurance, he has to deal with GE. Well after 5 tech visits and many parts replaced, the entire unit doesn’t work. Like I told the lady in appliances today that was very concerned and is trying to help, the check was made out to Home Depot and I think he’s been through enough. There is also a box with a compressor and Freon cans that he has been told he has to dispose of. Now living out of a small fridge trying to cook daily for himself. Home Depot, it’s time to step up before you lose a lifetime customer and his entire family

Do not allow Home Depot to install carpet in your home, the first installer s messed up so bad that 5 months later they had to cover the cost of replacing ALL of the carpet that was put down, 3 rooms, the replacement installers knocked a huge hole in the wall and damaged a tanning bed. The installer took me to the damage and showed it to me. When I filed a claim he said he didn’t do it! Do not do any business with Homedepot! I’ve flipped 4 houses using only Homedepot…I will never purchase a single thing from them again!

Nice clean location. Anytime we needed help finding an isle or a product the employees were nice and helpful to show us where something was located. Competitive prices on products. We got bags of sand for a pool we are installing and they were less than $6 each. Nice variety of anything we need for the home. I wish they had more options for light switch covers I’ve been looking for some fancy ones, but looks like you have to go to specialty websites to get something like that. Great location by the bookstore and Marshall’s and home goods so if the ladies don’t feel like walking around Home Depot they can easily go to home goods 😅 thank you for great service!

Terrible customer service laughing at foreigner in their face (Ashley & Marcell). Came to return material had all my receipts asked for store credit because I did not have my home Depot credit card any longer refused. Lost $125 labor and transit for a refused return. Stop shopping at Home Depot

We had such a difficult finding information regarding a metal shed and Sonia came to our rescue!!! She is super knowledgeable and humble enough to ask for upper management for help on questions that she is not sure of. She educated us on which shed is our best option and she was so kind throughout.
