The Home Depot

Standard Home Depot experience. I usually come here for home improvement projects and they almost always have what I need in stock. The store is large but the signage makes it pretty easy to find the right aisles. I’ve had good luck with the self-checkout being fast, and the staff in the lumber and garden sections are generally helpful if you can track someone down. It’s a convenient, reliable spot for DIY supplies and tools. Parking is plenty, though it gets busy on Saturday mornings.

This year I’ve been visiting this store for so many times and i definitely keep coming back because: *Beth from appliances department was so nice and helpful. She is definitely so kind and patient with customers. *Luke is the guy helped me to choose roofing materials and he is very professional and gave me really good advice also he was able to give little discount on entire order after he asked manager for that. Luke is a great person to deal with🙋🏼‍♂️ *Stacey helped to buy lots of concrete and she helped with recommending the right materials for my job. Is so great to buy from this specific location because all the people working here they seems to understand customer’s needs and they offer the right advice and support. Typically better than the Jonestown Rd store, but still some room for improvement. Asked about stock of an item the other day that said 20+ online and there were none on the shelf. Employee looked up other Home Depots in the area and rattled off that their computers said they have 2, 3, etc in stock and suggested I try there. I said well if the same computer says you have 20 here I don't think that would be a wise choice for me to drive all the way to another Home Depot. I'll just go tio Lowe's instead where the stock numbers tend to be more accurate.

Amazing service tonight when i came in to prepare for my subcontracted painting job and needed the proper full respirator. The paint guy and also the stocking associate i think night crew really helped me get through the complex options 3m has out. The models were confusing yo me but they made sure to pick the appropriate protection for me. 6/5 stars for them!!!

Today we had a dryer delivered. The guy who delivered the machine was very rude. We had paid for the installation of the device, when I asked him to change the side of the door to open, he refused, he said that it was not his job. We are long-time customers, for the first time today we were disappointed. At first he also refused to deliver the dryer to me because he did not want to carry the dryer over the child safety fence, so I, the mother of a small baby, had to remove the fence on the spot so that the gentleman would not have to suffer. I do not know his name, I would very much like to write... he had a beard...
