Megan helped me find the perfect paint color for my hallway. I came back several times for samples and she took the time to go through several options until we found the perfect one. It’s not every day you run into someone who genuinely cares and wants to help you! I will be asking for her when I come for paint for my next project! Thank you Megan!!

I am truly happy your store decided to get the Lumber department under control! I really enjoy all sorts of woodworking projects on my days off. Last week I was dreading going up there because the trip I took to the Lumber area(last spring)was a HEADACHE! (I patiently waited 45 minutes for them to locate something up top for me and it was NEVER found...) Last week I walked in and was wow'd by the difference in the cleanliness,but...there was (of course) only 3 of the board I needed stocked...So I asked the person who seemed to be running the show... Nothing like carrying my poor dead tree back to Home Depot, I babied it too! It's not their fault, the return policy is the best I really don't mind splurging on a good outside plant. Guess it's time to exchange for indoor plants, somehow that's where my green thumb is.

Rented a large, tracked stump grinder from the North Richmond location (despite living down the road from this location) due to availability. Ended up getting it stuck in my backyard, and given how close I was, figured I’d call this store to see what assistance they could offer and was connected with Larry in the rental department, who said his shift was almost over, but that he would swing by after to give me a hand. Less than 30 minutes later, he showed up to help. Thankfully, I had managed to get it out right before he arrived, but just the fact that he was willing to give me hand, especially off the clock, was a huge deal and I just wanted to give him a shout out. Amazing customer service!

We’ve been building a deck and Dylan has been a massive help in the lumbar department! He’s very attentive and kind when helping all the customers we’ve seen. His assistance getting lumber for us and loading it up is greatly appreciated.
