The Home Depot

Employees are helpful and the store is clean and well-organized. Every time I have checked the website for a specific item, the location and availability have been accurate. Since the store is dog-friendly I often bring a foster dog to work on training, and the employees and other customers are always friendly and welcoming.

I went to see about the indoor plant clearance!!! I found a White Wizard for $5.00 in wonderful condition and a Philodendron Queen for $10. She was so sad and needed a home. She is thriving now with new leaves and I am going back. The lady that waited on me was so sweet and kind!!!

To Home Depot Management, I have been visiting this Home Depot almost every working day for the past four years. This is a busy store, and I truly appreciate the hard work your employees put in to keep up with the constant flow of customers. They deserve kudos for their efforts. However, the recent changes made to the Customer Service layout have created a very poor experience for customers. There is no clear signage indicating where returns or order pickups should be handled. Even more concerning, the new layout is extremely unintuitive and lacks basic practical flow. The space in front of Customer Service is so tight that only two people can stand there, and these two customers end up blocking everyone trying to enter the Plumbing and Electrical aisles. Home Depot is a Great place to shop for all of your DIY home projects. Really just regular maintenance in your home. They probably are going to have everything you need from replacing toilets, doors, flooring, even electrical outlets, all kinds of things like that. Favorite times at Home Depot because they have such a large supply of plants. They carry vegetables and flowering plants. Can really make your yard and patios look beautiful! They had a lot of employees there to help today and I appreciated finding someone knowledgeable in the paint department!

Even with the rush on the store due to the impending winter storm the staff were kind, energized, and helpful. The culture at this Home Depot seems very happy and made me feel more happy for having been there.
