I am a Door Dash driver and I had an order for several plants late at night. The garden section is huge and I couldn’t navigate it myself. I asked Rene for help and she was very professional and nice. She called up a helper and Art came down to help me navigate through all the plants. He was knowledgeable and kind. After he left I still had some issues due to an additional item that I found out I needed after he left and then I found Arscenio who was happy to help me. He searched high and low to help me find what I needed. He was very nice and helpful as well. Before I left I needed help finding the bathroom and another employee saw that I was getting lost and walked me all the way down to show me where it was and wished me well on my way out. Another great experience at Home Depot. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. A special thank you to Pamela Wilson (Sales Associate) and Amada Pickett (Supervisor) for their outstanding service. They made the entire process incredibly easy when I purchased a floor-clearance refrigerator. The transaction was seamless, and delivery was completed before 10 a.m. the very next day. I had such an amazing experience at the Merritt Island Home Depot thanks to Rick! He truly went above and beyond to help me and made what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip so much easier. The item I needed wasn’t where it was supposed to be, and Rick didn’t hesitate to track it down. He even had to get a lift to reach the top stock for a hard-to-maneuver item and he stayed determined until he found exactly what I needed. I had my toddler with me in a stroller and had been sent in by my husband for job supplies. While I was there, he texted me a long list of additional heavy items, and I honestly didn’t know how I was going to juggle everything while managing my daughter, gathering materials, and loading them into my car. Small home Depot compared to most I go too but easy to go into and out fast. Usually busy but the workers are extremely helpful and nice. I haven't been to this home Depot much but I did like it more than most so I'll take that as if I'm nearby I'll go there next time instead.

We had you guys install a washer and dryer about a year ago and it almost immediately was not effective and last week I pulled it apart and this is what I found... You guys completely tore the line apart and ignored it. The line had about six different holes in it from being over twisted and strained. The line at the clamp had a 1/2-in hole that would allow us straight hot air to dissipate immediately.
