I wanted to leave a positive review for the store because of the great customer service I received from Ron at the paint desk. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Ron definitely does. Because of him, my experience at this store was excellent, and I’ll be coming back again.

I ordered baseboards from the Sweetwater Home Depot and scheduled delivery for the following day within a four-hour window. Later, I received a notification that the delivery had been rescheduled due to a lack of an appropriate carrier vehicle. While I understood that issue, what followed was unacceptable. I rescheduled the delivery online for the next day, only for it to be changed again, this time with no notice or explanation. When I called the Sweetwater store to find out what was happening, I was told my order had been transferred to the West Dade store, and they had once again rescheduled the delivery without notifying me. When I asked why the order had been rescheduled a second time, the representative could not provide a reason. She also insisted the delivery had only been resche
