On January 2nd, 2026, I ordered wood flooring for the upper portion of my house with Myrna ( sales associate ). They sent someone to measure the flooring and write-up an estimate. I approved the estimate and paid $1,900. They told me they would deliver the material in few days. Once the delivery was made, I was told to contact the Middletown store for installation schedule. I called multiple times but nobody answered. I drove to the store, a 20 minute drive and spoke with Collin who told me that they forgot to add the price of Quarter Round installation to the estimate. I told them that this is part of installation as advertised and on a display in the flooring department. Collin spoke with the manager and assured me that they would not charge for any additional installation. A week passe

I recently went through a very frustrating situation involving a Rheem water heater I had purchased. The ignition pilot went bad, and while Rheem did send a replacement part, they only provided a $215 voucher and told me there were no contractors available in my area. I ended up having to hire my own contractor and paid $750 for the installation — only to find out that wasn’t even the real issue. The heater then showed two additional error codes: a failed valve and emissions problems. At that point, I had no choice but to replace the water heater entirely. Went into the store today to buy a Milwaukee socket set. Store said they had 17 on hand. The associate in tools was very helpful trying to find one but had no luck. Went over to customer service to ask if they can have someone find it tomorrow morning since they were closing in 30 minutes. Deborah helped me out and searched the store. With in minutes she found the issue and located the product I needed. Deborah knows her job and has an amazing attitude towards work and gets the job done! Thank you so much.
