He's a very good worker, he's helping me a lot, and the person who helped me the most is named Bryan in the insulation and construction department, and he was there when they were closing the store. 2/20/2026

I have purchased thousands of dollars of building materials from Midland Home Depot in the past year. Will not return. Needed help in electrical department this morning; no one could be bothered to help. Asked any employee that was in the area; heard calls for electrical associate several times. Waited 20 minutes; no one arrived. Lowe's is only 5 minutes away. I could have gone there and been out the door already. I will be shopping at Lowe's in the future. Deleting my home depot app today.

If it wasn't for Karen the cashier at the self check out I would have left and gone to Lowes. After asking the customer service who could unlock the milwaukee tool kit to purchase, they did not know who to page, a sales person that was walking buy told us that the cashier in the self check could help us they had the device to open the kits. I saw this young lady (Karen) and I asked her for help. She was very friendly and even helped us scan our milwaukee kit. We had been waiting for 30 minutes before Karen came to our rescue. Karen made our shopping experience wonderful if it wouldn't of been for her we would have gone to Lowes. The customer service desk did not know who had the tool to unlock those kits. They should know, they are the ones right at the entrance. Thank you Karen !!!!

I had an amazing experience at Home Depot today. Alliance helped me with everything I needed, with a level of patience and customer service you hardly see anymore in the stores here in Midland. She explained everything, found the products for me, and made sure I left completely satisfied. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. Really appreciate service like this. Highly recommended

Home Depot has worthless customer service at both the headquarters and this store. Tried to talk to customer service in Atlanta what a waste of time, then called store talked to Brandi a manager about my issue she never called me back and never solved my issue. In the last year I have had issues with 3 orders with a value of over $6,000. If there is a problem no one knows how to solve it. Customer service should be shut down as they serve no purpose. Was contacted by email wanted to type out the entire situation again after I've told it a half dozen times already. I said I wanted to talk to this person was told only email if I wanted to talk call the 800 customer service number which I already had several times to no avail. Shop anywhere but home depot worst customer service.
