Time got away from me today, but I needed to pick up my online order. Daylights savings was messing with my time management, so when I got there it was 8pm and I thought it was 7! Luckily for me the manager and his staff were so kind enough to let me in and pick up my order. Instead of telling me no, they led with kindness. The extra 4 minutes they took to make sure I was serviced, saved me inconvenience of looking for it somewhere else. Thank you to the manager and the Home Depot staff for choosing kindness.

I am not exaggerating when I say that my experience purchasing a washer and dryer from this Home Depot was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had in my entire life. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I bought a washer and dryer from the Hull Street location during the Labor Day sale in August 2025 for my new home. When the delivery team showed up, they somehow delivered two washing machines and no dryer. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they walked up my brand new carpeted stairs in the rain with their boots on, leaving stains all over my brand new home. I was told the incorrect items would be taken back and the correct ones would be delivered the following Saturday. On the second attempt, they brought a dryer but no washing machine. Sales person: ya know thats gonna be about $300. me: yes I know sales person: we have some already cut thats only $50-70. me: I want the better grade Sales person: all the astro turf is the same me: why does the website hi lite different grades? salesperson: it's really all the same Long story short, seems he did not want to spend his energy to cut 10' off the bulk roll. Made my purchase at the other home center a mile away.

Went in with 2 appliances in my cart ready to purchase. Due to Black Friday Sale I was upsold 2 additional appliances for a different home of mine. I was told to go home and take measurements, I rushed home to take measurements for the two added appliances. Upon returning they explained they can’t separate the orders to two properties. Sales person was aware that they were going to different properties. She even said, “get two appliances for your home to take advantage of the sale. I asked for a manager and he said no, no, no. He took my contact and said the GM would reach out the next day. GM never reached out. I WENT TO LOWES AND THEY DID IT! LOWES did the the same deal and separated my order to be delivered to different addresses. I WENT TO LOWES THE NEXT DAY AND ORDERED A BUNCH OF CAR
