Great experience from top to bottom. Came in undecided, needed new tools with good battery capacity. With J. Lee’s and Mirtha’s help and knowledge i walked away with an amazing deal for a little more than what i wanted to spend. Profesional grade tools for a fraction of the cost. I will continue to come back here!!

Had a great experience shopping for my bathroom vanity with the assistance of Melissa from Appliances. What a wonderful, friendly and professional lady! She was so patient and helpful. Will definitely come back and ask for Melissa!!

This particular Hone Depot is probably one of the worst I have the displeasure of shopping at. The only reason I actually shop there is that it's close to my home. This particular Home Depot typically doesn't have the common items on hand. Even though the HD app indicates that they may have 20 of a particular item, good luck finding it. Today I went to pick up 4 items of which only 2 were onhand. The just in time supply management is broke here. With the exception of 2 or 3 staff members, most are not helpful at all and once again, good luck trying to find someone that can help. This morning, I walked half the store twice to find someone that could unlock a tool cabinet. Spoke to 3 employees and they all said that I had to go upfront so that they could page someone. James Lee was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating! Very good at his job, I haven’t had such a positive experience at a hardware store before. He even managed to convince me to sign up for Pro-X and download the home depot app, which I’m usually very resistant. He deserves a promotion!!
