The Home Depot

As a business owner myself, I don’t hand out 5-star reviews lightly. I pay attention to how a store is run, how staff treat customers, and how clean and organized the operation is. This Home Depot earned it. The staff was genuinely helpful — not the kind that just points you down an aisle, but the kind that actually walks you to what you need and makes sure you’re taken care of. They were professional, knowledgeable, and moved with urgency. That matters. The store was also very clean and well organized. Shelves were stocked, aisles were clear, and everything felt managed properly. You can tell when leadership runs a tight ship. In today’s world, good service stands out — and this location delivers. Keep it up.

After having trouble at another Home Depot, which is 3 minutes from my house, my wife and I drove 30 to this store. Now this is the only Home Depot we go to. We have dealt with multiple employees at this store and everyone of them have been helpful and courteous. The store is the cleanest Home Depot I have ever been in and they have a huge selection of Milwaukee tools. It is well worth the extra drive for my wife and I.

I cannot say enough great things about this store and their staff! I recently spent what is, for me, big money buying two entry doors with storm doors for Home Depot to install. They did a fabulous, professional job from ordering everything through their design specialist, Sara Johnson, to the install with Josh from JT Installations, to the multiple returns of locks (I couldn’t decide and changed my mind twice after installation) with Anna and the cashier, Don, who made it so easy and provided such personalized care today. I appreciate y’all so much, and I HIGHLY recommend this Home Depot for big projects! My sister just had them redo her kitchen and we all love it and she was VERY satisfied. ❤️

Nice new store in Montgomery! And it’s huge! Everything you need to keep your house running smoothly! It seems like this location has expanded the paint department and the tool department. That’s a good idea. Plenty of free parking and lots of aisles to browse. Keep up the great work Home Depot!

My wife and I visited the montgomery location on 3/7/2026. We went to the paint dept and received excellent professional knowledgeable service from Sheryll and Claire...they were so helpful. We then checked out w Jennifer who assisted us as new customers w the veterans discount program. Kudos to the fine employees!!
