I recently had an issue with a return at Home Depot, and I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Nicolette. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. From the moment she assisted me, she was kind, patient, and professional. Nicolette not only resolved the issue quickly, but she did it with such a positive attitude that it completely turned my experience around. She truly made the return seamless and showed what excellent customer service should look like. Home Depot is lucky to have such a dedicated and thoughtful associate on their team—I really hope she gets recognized for her outstanding service.

I had an excellent experience with Rob M. at the Uncasville Home Depot. He went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, and his knowledge and professionalism really stood out. Rob was patient, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to customer service, and I truly appreciated his effort. Home Depot is lucky to have him on their team—I’ll definitely look for Rob the next time I shop here!

Never shopping here again. Went to return ~400$ of items. Past 90 days, and they denied it. Manager lied and said return policy is posted clearly at every register. I wont stand being lied to or decieved. Honor your customers or dont have them.

I am extremely happy with Brian who taught me how to install this pantry system! I needed more space desperately and he helped guide me every step of the way! Mel also helped me cutting the shelves to fit my wall! These two men went above and beyond! I am extremely grateful for their help! Hats off to you both!

Great place. Always trap you in to spend more than what you intended to get. Hahahaha!!!
