Went in to buy paint and supplies and was overcharged. Went to customer service to have the charge corrected and the gal was completely rude. Told her things did not ring up correctly. She didn't even try to fix the mistake, instead just did a refund and took the paint. I told her I needed the paint, but her response was "well, I refunded you". So that was that! Not the first time we were treated rudely there...won't be back.

Imo, better than Lowe's. Deliveries on time, prices are competitive, sales are often. My 2 complaints; finding help - oddly enough. Wet wood. Doesn't do a damn bit of good to go get wood that's wet, just to have it dry out cracking warp

Had to drive to Moses Lake because the Wenatchee store was out of something I needed. I ordered it online and the very helpful and sweet young man named, Reid, helped me at the customer service/pickup area. They got my order immediately. Layout of the store is a bit wonky, but I think I’m just used to my towns store.

Home Depot it’s 7:30 really it’s 15 Degrees outside and all your carts are outside in the freezing cold with ice on them. Do you want me to push that around in your store? Lowe’s are inside and warm waiting for customer to use them

Amazing store, lots of inventory. Good energy among team members. Found everything I need to fix my garden and perfect prices. Awesome options in flowers. Cat's approved!
