Love this store!!!! Dan in garden is so helpful and nice! Nick is great too! Of course srop at customer service and say hi to Tyler! Hes the best! There's so many friendly employees it'll take me forever to list them Jackie Donna Anthony(1 of the managers) Of.course Leo the cat is my favorite too!

Sometimes great customer service sometimes terrible. Today was not good. Asked a question about a dead plant (yes literally they missed it when watering but I was hoping that I could propagate at least 1 of the vines) and the lady said she saw me coming before I got there and was very curt before I even had a chance to say or ask anything. I’ve been to the same Home Depot and had very kind person not be able to find a tag on a plant give it to me for free. I was just hoping for the same clearance thing they usually do for 50% off if the plant looks super dead.

We visited this Home Depot yesterday to purchase a snow blower. We got caught up in a clerical error when we went to pick up the purchased snow blower resulting in three returns to the store. Mei, the store manager, intervened to resolved the issue and made arrangements to have the blower delivered to our home free of charge to compensate us for the mix up. Thank you Mei. Good customer service still matters. Well done.

Had a great visit today and received extremely helpful advice from Jim in appliances regarding the fridge we are looking to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient especially since we were also shopping with our toddler. Thank you Jim!

I want to thank the store manager Kim and Dan in customer service who helped me with a snow blower purchase. I ordered online but the blower set aside for me was missing a part. They caught this, got me a new one and loaded it into my car for me. Kim even gave me markdown that hadn't been announced when I bought online! Was really grateful to his team today thanks!
