The Home Depot

I thought I was dreaming when I went into this store. The service I received was better than excellent. Employees: Epps, Stuart, Dalton, and Austin, are truly a great asset to Home Depot. I live on James Island. I would gladly drive to Mt Pleasant, to shop at Home Depot for the fabulous service , Home Depot offers ..Love these guys that gave me great service. Where did Home Depot get these guys? I wish there were alot more like them.

DIY remodeling for 3 months. Staff has been terrific. Thank yall Update. Day 200 of DIY home remodel. This is a great store with a helpful and courteous staff. The returns and exchanges are completely trouble free. Thank you especially to JACQUI. Second time this fall that you’ve helped me with my returns. You’ve been terrific JACQUI 8/5/2023 730 am. This store refuses to honor clearance price Items. Why have items on the clearance rack, if it cannot be sold? We shop at Home Depot almost daily for our residential flip needs. We will be taking all of our business to Lowe’s in the future. I do not recommend this cluttered store at all.

Had a great experience today from the moment I walked in. Was greeted and helped find something . 3 associates helped and it’s unusual to see that much assistance so quickly anywhere.

I had a terrible customer service experience at the Home Depot in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina today. I purchased a $12 fluorescent tube lightbulb yesterday at another Home Depot and I attempted to return it in Mount Pleasant without a receipt. I was immediately told that they could not accept the return because they didn’t stock that particular bold in their store in Mount Pleasant. I said well I’m an hour and a half from Murrells Inlet and was told well, You’ll have to return it there. I have returned many items at Home Depot in the past and never had this situation. She then said well since it’s an item that we don’t stock I can offer you a penny for it. I walked back to the lighting area and the gentleman there asked me if he could help me. I told him my story and he couldn’t believe
