The customer service in this location is really helpful and accomodating. They always go above and beyond helping you find an item or answer your queries. The store is well stocked as well and they have deals going on all the time. Oh and Their christmas tree and Christmas decorations are actually really nice.

Stopped in your store a couple days ago just for the essentials. I was browsing in your appliances section for a new fridge or to get some ideas and I asked this lady by the name of kori I think for help, however she came off very irritated. Just feel like the customer should be more appreciated.

The woman that checked me out smelled strongly of alcohol. She was friendly and took me to a register aside from the others for a quick checkout but smelled strong and seemed drunk at work. She didn't have a name tag on I could see but said her name was Jess. This doesn't seem acceptable.

Stopped in to look for some patio furniture cushions. I was standing in front of the display of different cushions. Suprised that I had several employees ask me if I needed help. Such excellent customer service. I found a cushion that might work.

I’ve gone to this particular store many times before with my dogs. Always had a welcoming and good experience until last weekend. Went with our dog and came around the corner to an employee with her service dog. This is more of a store ambassador dog as this lady has had dogs with her before but all have been relatively nice, not today. Her “service dog” was barking at everyone and everything. It was very aggressive when it saw any dog. Not a good look to have your store greeter ambassador lady handling an aggressive “service dog.” Keep your dogs away.
