We brought our kids to the monthly Home Depot workshop — something they always look forward to — and were shocked by how rude and unkind one of the employees was. Another staff member had just welcomed my kids and signed them in when a different woman rushed over, snapped that “you can’t do that here now,” and told us to take the kits home instead. My children were so excited to build in-store like they’ve always done, and she completely ruined the experience for them. She even told my husband, who was there with our three kids after our son’s soccer game, that we should “get here earlier” — which was unnecessary and just plain rude. It takes no extra effort to be kind, especially when dealing with children. We love these workshops, but this experience left a really bad impression. Home

My preferred destination for home improvement. I don't do lists, or plan for projects which has me trying out new things, grabbing extra hardware, materials for whatever im doing with no consequence because of their hassle free returns. I returned several things today and had several receipts for different things and some items weren't on the receipts but was able to locate them easily with the debit card I had used. When he finally totaled up the return he asked for the card and I only had the google wallet tap to pay with me so I at first got frustrated assuming it would be done, then he says he would just give me cash back. It saved me a trip and some sanity

Went recently to order flooring for our home , Steve & Jeff were very helpful & had all the answers to questions we had & helped us order a delivery as easily as possible. Very professional team & will definitely look for them again when ready to tackle another flooring project

we purchased a brand new washer and dryer two months ago from this location. home depot installed them for us and a few weeks ago, we almost had a fire in our home because we discovered our dryer was not installed correctly. the original technicians home depot sent to deliver our dryer did not even cut the vent to fit the space where our dryer was to go into. they left the entire length of the vent and slammed the dryer up against the wall, crushing the vent against it and leaving no space for the lint to leave our home. we opened the dryer before bed to check the current load inside, and our entire downstairs area was smoked up with smoke from the dryer. we were about to go to bed for the evening, and if we had, our pets, small children, and us would have all been upstairs in bed for the

Great store, friendly staff. But it's hard to find help sometimes and when you do it's hard for them to be knowledgeable about everything they carry, which makes sense given the size of it.
