I was looking for a specific item to do my wood floors. The first employee I spoke to sent me to the wrong department. I have very bad knees and where five other braces. Another employee, Jim, outstanding employee. He saw that I was struggling walking and I told him that I was sent to the wrong department, I showed him what I was looking for and he went and got it for me. What a wonderful extra mile he did for me. I give this guy a attaboy and he should be recognized for his helpfulness and dedication to Home Depot customers.

I ordered my kitchen and countertop through HD and couldn't be happier. I dealt with Kimberly West (as a kitchen designer) and Marylin O'Prandy (with my countertops). These people are professionals, they definitely know their stuff and super customer oriented and friendly. They not only made the complicated process easy and smooth, but made me feel like the MVP. Definitely would recommend working with them to anyone. Thank you!!!
