Pro cashier Brooke was just an absolute pleasure. Brought tears to my eyes for how she thanked me for my military services, she was so sincere. Left that store and was feeling so appreciated days later. Got them a good one. Thanks home depot

The Home Depot is… The Home Depot. Don’t expect amazing service or consistently knowledgeable staff (you get lucky sometimes), but if you already know what you need, they usually have it in stock and you can get it the same day instead of waiting for an online order. Solid for convenience and selection—just not the place I go for expert help.

Customer service is horrible. Can’t speak for the entire store but for the young Mexican lady at returns needs more training on customer service. When I walked into the store for a return I was apparently disturbing her phone time ( yes on the phone at the register ). Attempted to return things I bought the same exact day and she tells me you have to get store credit. For uncut or unused pieces of MDF I’m not able to return and have MY money back on my card. I told her I didn’t want store credit and to get a supervisor and she walks off mid conversation to get a “team lead” when I’m clearly asking to speak with a supervisor. Team again just as clueless as the other lady with no solution to why I can return these items that came from their store. She even goes as far to tell me I haven’t us

They don’t even know their own store policy, foreign women who told me was a manager, was very rude and didn’t sell me an item on the sales floor. Terrible experience, go to the store in Wilmington instead.

Went to the Home Depot in New Castle. Everything was locked up. Pushed button for someone to come help me multiple times. I even asked employees if they could help me. They said no but said they would go get someone. I waited 15 minutes. No one came so I left.
