The Home Depot

This review is for Deanna in the Home Depot Garden Center NOLA East. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, were well-informed and could pick the right product. Deanna provided a service that can only be described as absolutely exceptional. She was motivated, stepped into action right away and did not give up until were were 100% satisfied with the outcome. Thank you, Deanna!

My rating is of course comparing to other home improvement stores I have used. The service is not always perfect, but I do find Home Depot consistently better than the other home centers. Their app is really easy to use and I have never had trouble with returns. I can also usually find what ever I need in stock.

I placed an order online for sheetrock to be delivered and received missing and damaged sheets. I received 50 sheets and 8 of them were damaged. I spoke to the Central store manager Byron to have the the missing 10 sheets plus the 8 damaged ones delivered and to pickup the 8 damaged ones. I reported this last week and nothing came. I've been dealing with Byron (store manager) all this time and today he agreed to send them but not without saying that he was tired of dealing with me. That he had pictures from the driver showing 54 sheets and hinting that I was lying. I also have pictures of the delivery showing 50 sheets. The driver showed me pictures of the damaged sheet prior to making the delivery and I told him not bring them if they were damaged. I also have pictures of that. Overall th

Cashier Diane needs to get more frequent breaks or have a little talk with management on attitude and behavior with customers, customers can be a little difficult sometimes, but as a previous employee in retail I would never talk to anyone the way she did.

The cashier accused me of stealing paint samples I brought into the store to have gallons made of. Wont be back. I wish she gave me a reason to sue home depot but alas the manager believed me.
