Typical home Depot layout. The garden center was nice-My favorite part. Plants seemed well taken care of. Lots of nice pots. Staff said hello and asked if I needed help. I didn't- and then they backed off quick. They had social awareness. It was good knowing if I did need them I can find them. I'm not used to that at a home depot. I usually have to go on a human hunt. This home depot was great for my needs, but I am not a contractor or builder. I am just a civilian. Based on the reviews this spot may be particularly suited to fit the needs of the average Joe. Get your terrarium and leave..if you need bulk lumber get it from another Home depot.

This happened on Sunday evening. While installing a toilet at home, I discovered that the base was deformed and needed an immediate replacement. It was already 7:45 PM, and I rushed to the Home Depot in Tucker just before the 8 PM closing time. The entrance doors were closed, but I managed to enter through the exit. I was stressed and couldn’t find the part I needed. Most employees were understandably ready to go home and were trying to clear the store. I explained that I had an emergency and only needed one part, but at that moment I honestly felt a bit hopeless. That’s when Aaron stepped in. He asked if I needed help, listened patiently—even though I couldn’t clearly explain the part—and walked with me to several different areas of the store. Always check the prices when they scan them, since sometimes they put on promotions and sell things at regular prices. Look carefully at the screen when you pay for things or when they scan them. I had to take a photo and they respected the price, but if not they would have sold me the things at the regular price.

The personnel are friendly, but it stops there. Their system would not take over the phone my credit card, thereby I had to drive 45 minutes from my home to the store, then another 45 minutes to get back home after paying a $4,800 order in person. Home Depot sent the order in an expedient way, but unfortunately it didn't make up for the fact that the order shipped was not the proper materials originally ordered. After trying to reach the appropriate person(s) to rectify the erroneous order, I gave up after an hour of being passed on from one employee to another without getting a resolution. My contractor had to step in to correct this issue, and finally home Depot redelivered the correct order, but that took four days in doing so which delayed the work on the project site. I've been doing my home supply, home maintenance, tool and lumber shopping at this location for 11 years - and I love this Home Depot: Stock levels are always plentiful The floor is kept clean When you need a specific type and size of wood, you will more than likely find it here Staff is friendly and always willing to assist Prices are extremely reasonable And it's fast to order something online and have it delivered for in-store pickup! Great store, Great product, Great staff!
