Cactus and succubus now have a way of fitting into Home Life. Much like the Homely Christmas carol fittingly remodeled. "I Will Be Home Modeling for the Holidays."

As someone who works in customer service i can confirm that Olivia deserves more than 5 stars for her service. I lost some items while shopping at this location, when I realized I contacted Customer Service and Olivia went above and beyond to make sure the staff on site knew of my missing items and that’s she would contact me back in case it was found. Not even 24 hrs. later Olivia contacted me and informed my items were found. Thank you for your excellent customer service and all the staff at Home Depot that took the time to help me recover my items. You guys are amazing!

Ok me & my daughter came here on 2/10/2026 We came across the best customer service guy home depot could ever offer.His name was, will he walk us around the garden department?We did not know anything about weeds or what to get.He demonstrated things for us.He scan products, he took his time.He explained things he was amazing.He is exactly why we shop in store and not online or not with an a I having a human being feedback being able to laugh talk and compare stories was amazing and we did visit the store after five p m.So it was really good to get a guys/women opinion on products. HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND by walking us to each dep. Trash bags, garden, garden took, weed killer, storage containers!! I almost bought a egg lounge chair but it was up on display yet.... Inventory is so messed up at this location and I can tell you right now it is your employees doing it. I come in for a huge rock it says you guys have 10 I ask a employee he says you have 0 and they have 18 at the other location why would I believe that if you didn't have 10 that's a lot to be off in inventory... So I get up to the counter I purchase 3 rugs 2 small and a large runner. I got charged for 3 small rugs because the lady scanned the 1 small one 3 times instead of them individually and I present all 3 of them to her barcode up so it was easy to scan... so thanks to the employee who rang me out in the garden center I saved $20 and your inventory is now messed up your customers and upset you say you have items you don't and you lost money. Good business 👍

We went to purchase a freezer, but couldn't pick it up for a few days. Ms. Marie said "No Problem", they could put it on as a "will Call". She was so-o pleasant and accommodating. What a joy to actually have "customer service". Every business should have a Ms. Marie!
