I purchased a Glass Door for my Bathtub via Home Depot.com. It arrived a size that did not match was listed online, it also had a sticker placed over the Dims on the box, with different dims. I returned the door and placed an order for another. The second door arrived and it was a wooden barn door this time, I returned the door and ordered again. The third door arrived and it was incorrect like when I first ordered it. I called in to return the door and they assured me it would be correct this time because they would reach out directly to the manufacture. I had faith it would, so I went back to Home Depot and tried to make a return for the third door. On 2025, I purchased a new refrigerator from Home Depot. I also paid for the installation and for the removal of my old refrigerator. A full month has passed, and none of this has been completed. The reason I kept getting was “the association won’t turn off the water.” Later I found out that the water could have been shut off inside my apartment - but no one told me that. I paid my association $100 for a scheduled water shut-off. We agreed on a window from 9 AM to 1 PM, but the Home Depot installer guy, showed up in the evening instead.( I puted a lot of times in note section that installer should come between 9 am to 1 pm!) Wanda dept. 24 home depot 0251 Wanda finished her shift and was of the clock when I approached her.., Wanda went out of her way off the clock and spent half an hour to help me find a thick construction paper to cover my 24 x 48 Porcelain,even help me to put it in my cart, very much appreciate her professionalism and caring about the store where she works great person great professional I give 5+ stars if I could give her 10 I would strongly recommend!!! Unfortunately, two days in a row, on August 4 and 5, I had to visit this Home Depot and leave upset, having wasted a lot of time. Huge queues of more than 25 people at the cash registers, while there were only 3 (THREE!!!) working cash registers. Occasionally, the store employees tried to organize the work of another cash register, but there were clearly technical problems there. I stood in line for about 20 minutes. When I started paying for the goods, there were already more than 30 people in the line. And only then the store manager "SUDDENLY" decided that: "it would be nice to open a couple more cash registers...". Wonderful experience. Benny is the best manager in the world. Great service, always helpful for whatever job I have. Benny knows what’s needed to get it done. Very patient with our troubles. Denlly was very helpful as well. At the registers, Monica and Janiyah were awesome and helped us register an account. The gentlemen at the paint department was also a huge help. He helped us understand the finishes and was very patient with us. This Home Depot particularly is a great place to shop. Benny, it’s Tefi the Jewish woman. She says thank you very much.
