I met this guy named Hollywood at Home Depot and he gave me excellent customer service which I didn’t find in any other store. I love my new Kitchen appliances. Thanks a million Hollywood!! Best associate in the store, hands down.

Karl in the paint department was exceptional! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly! He asked us if we needed help right away and immediately recommended a product and we were in and out! That is the kind of service that all your employees should strive to provide! He should be noted internally for his work!

I think all Home Depot’s are great because you can always get what you need. I only rate these places depending on the staff. This one was a friendly staff which was knowledgeable about what I needed. Quick in and out & inventory was sufficient. Good location

I had 2 replacements the first one my dryer caught fire when the installer installed it. 2nd replacement the delivery driver never even walked it up he said the drums were damaged without even testing it.He tried to install the old washer dryer that was supposed to be returned. I had to show the driver the notes from my purchase so he would stop trying to install the damaged dryer. He called his manager to verify it needed to be replaced even after.The manager refunded me $200 to the inconvenience which I still didn’t get. My order was rescheduled without communication and an associate gave me a number to call MDO which the manager said they weren’t supposed to do. When I called MDO they said I will get refunded a higher amount due to the inconvenience. I called the store after once my ord

New policy can't return an item without a receipt. Item brand new in the box said. Sorry, have a nice day. It used to be no receipt, necessary. Go to lowe's never an issue
