Horrible rude cashier named Kel could not be bothered to get off her rear end and help me with potting soil of all things. “You have to find a sales associate for garden somewhere in the store.“ I said ma’am, I only need one little bag of potting soil do you know where it is? The store in the garden area has 90% of the lights turned off. That’s very dangerous and I don’t want to trip on something in the dark. “I’m sorry, but you have to go in the store. I can’t leave my register.“ Then I replied “well should I call the store manager?“ Finally, a wonderful woman came over in a ponytail and glasses who worked in the garden area. She was lovely and I literally was 10 steps away from the potting soil. This store needs an attitude readjustment. I don’t recommend it go to the one on Northeast fo

Today I was shopping at this store and I want to congratulate the team of employees. I received excellent service. Everyone was very polite, the store was clean and organized, and I especially appreciated the attention I received from the young men, Mike and Peter, who promptly assisted me whenever I needed help. After packing the product into my car I noticed some of the piece were not good, I decided to go inside and ask for an exchange. The girl at the pro desk with braids and a limp was the one around to help. I walk up to her and ask if I can exchange or should I return and exchange. She just stared at me and then shook her head up and down and so I said so am I am exchanging? And she said that's what I said. This person said nothing to me just stared at me how was I suppose to know what her nodding her head meant. She turns to the register and starts talking looking away, dismissing me. So as im walking away, shes screaming at me that's what I told you, you want to exchange go to customer service. I turn around and ask her why is she still yelling and talking about it I no longer need h

Staff were helpful. Materials/ products are always good standing, high end and long lasting . Tiles and wood floor are very good standard and the prices are reasonable. Plus who can beat free delivery.
