Normally a good experience. Walked in today to get a deadbolt. Went to customer service (which whomever decided this chick was good for customer service is insane) nobody there except one lady that apparently only does returns and doesn’t acknowledge customers or call somebody to the counter. Then the worst dye job in the world walks up to the counter, doesn’t say anything just stares at me and then tells me to go to self checkout. She’s 100% ruining your customer base. I have a miniature golden doodle that could do a better job…at least she likes people.

We were having difficulty matching the paint for our home. Parley, in the paint department, went the extra mile and did a fantastic job helping us get it just right. We appreciate him!

John was super helpful during our shopping trip! I have to compliment his adaptability and eagerness to work, zooming in on products via camera due to visibility. So smart. We came in for a Ryobi power washer, checking beforehand that they had 7 in stock. When we arrived, there weren’t any in sight! I found John, he was so willing to help us find what we needed. I believe he was in the middle of training but proceeded to step aside to help us find the Ryobi. Got out the big lift to check out the backstock and everything. Thank you John for helping us out tremendously today.

Good prices but poorly organized. Rearrangement of cleaning goods into electrical, etc., etc. appears to be a corporate issue as this has happened to numerous HDs in several states. No surprise. If HD could run their store layout properly, and their website half as good as Amazon, they would put Lowes out of business. HDs top management are their own worst enemies.

Went there for date night to look for cordless power tools. The lady in the tool department was super nice, knowledge and helpful. I was looking at the Millwaki sets. Will be going back once I decide what I need.
