My dad and I had an amazing experience at Home Depot thanks to [Employee’s Name]. We were looking for a storage shelf and weren’t quite sure which one would work best for our space. Mari went above and beyond to help us — patiently explaining the differences between several options, helping us compare sizes and weight limits, and even showing us how to assemble it properly once we got home. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely kind, but Mari was both. Thanks to Mari, we left confident that we made the right choice and had a great shopping experience. I went in today looking for straps to tie down a mattress to my vehicle. I didn’t know where to find them and I was approached by Mari and she asked me if I needed help finding anything . She was a great help and went above and beyond and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, Mari for amazing customer service.

This store has gone to shit pro desk told me this morning I can't help you I'm on the phone go to self checkout then the lady at self checkout watching to see if we steal anything . Instead of watching me why dont you check me out . The guy at pro desk this morning needs to be fired this has been going on for weeks . The doors are not open on time sometimes 20 mins late the girls that uses to run pro desk were amazing and helpful I'm in the store almost every day. Going to ww more

Recently shopped at Home Depot. Both Spencer and Alex helped me and my wife with a purchase of a grille and some Holoween decorations. They both went out of there way late at night to take care of us. By far its the BEST customer service I have had at HD at that store in the last 14 years. Used to be a company recruiter for 30 years. Retired now otherwise they would be working for me. Nice job gentlemen!!!

Got another new toy today.. This home depot was so different from my town's home Depot. OMG do not try to use the restroom there. They're absolutely terrible.. should be a health hazard.. Everything was different and restrooms terrible but got what I came for
