The Home Depot

Best Home depot I have visited so far. I usually go to the one on 144th and Maples street, but I had to come here because they had inventory. The staff here made the extra drive worth it. Very nice, helpful and friendly people; i felt very welcomed here and my questions were meet with willingness to help. good job guys.

I enjoy coming to this store it is very organized and there are plenty of staff members to help out it you have any questions. My kids enjoy going to the kids club the first Saturday of each month to build something new.

Good prices, clean, organized, yada yada. I’ve rented equipment here, bought obvs, and it’s pretty much my go to place. The staff is okay, but realize going into a hardware store isn’t the best place for customer service. I used to always get bothered outside by people asking for money, but that hasn’t happened in awhile. Also ordering for pickup is fantastic with their locker system. Especially with their customer service counter sometimes being busy with crazy returns. Wish they had Kentucky Blue Grass seed straight up, but other than that it’s a good store. Really hope they fix their parking lot, or put pressure on the landlord. Some of the holes near Arby’s are quite large and could really screw up someones car.

Pathetic customer service experience on this store. I needed some help in wood cutting area. I told to casher and they intercom the same. I saw the guy in that area (African American guy with long braided hair) and as soon as he saw me, he wanted to leave and told me that he will be with me shortly and left. I waited for like 15 min, he never came. I went back to the cashier and told him again on this, they asked someone for help in wood cutting area, no body came. Went back and told some other employee, no help. I finally called front desk and told them about it, they apologized and said they will let manager know so they can send someone. Right away someone else came and helped me. As I was leaving, I saw that same African American employee hiding in aisle and trying to avoid work...I wi

I rented the box truck last month to move my son. While there were no issues with process both picking up and returning to same location. 3 weeks later started getting small charges from this store with my credit card, same one I used to rent the truck, according to my credit card, same Home Depot from where I rented truck! I havent been in, nor purchased anything from Home Depot since returning truck ( return was completed returned no damages, full gas tank, etc.) , someone is using my credit card number! My credit card institution is currently disputing the charges, because trying to call and no one answering the phone was no help at all. I truly hope this isnt happening to anyone else. It was store #3202 Keep an eye on your credit card statements!
