The Home Depot

Popping into Home Depot on a Monday at 9pm, there weren’t many staff there and most weren’t very helpful, but two women at the end were very helpful. The paint man was also great!

Today we attended the Christmas Mug workshop. This is a must to do as a family. We truly enjoyed out time there. Free activity with the family.

I placed my order online and went to pick it up curbside. I can't rate the inside but I can surely rate my curbside pickup experience was amazing. I didn't have to wait long. Really nice young lady Loni loaded my car without me asking. She was very polite. I usually get my order delivered to my home but I needed my paint sooner than the delivery window time.

One of the more sketchy HD's I've been to, unfortunately. In the store for 20 minutes and during that time there was one police response and one ambulance response (two separate incidents). The parking lot is always full of people trying to swindle you for a quick buck. Home depot, you have got to get the soliciting and loitering under control.

Service was/is (since I’m writing this review while I’m currently waiting) horrendous. I came in for one specific item with the aisle and bay number ready via the app. The item was not there so I asked an assistant. He said the item was in stock and then left to get someone else. He disappeared… I stood waiting for 20 min, then asked someone else. The new assistant then said “Item must be on a pallet somewhere, let me ask my manager to see if he feels like bringing it down.” It’s been 30 min since that interaction with no update. Also, what if the manager doesn’t FEEL LIKE bringing the item down… I’ve stood here awkwardly in an aisle for almost an hour for one item and no help. Patience is a virtue but man, Amazon 2-day shipping would’ve been faster than the help here. Never returning to
