You can take a picture of a code in aisles to alert an associate for help. Steven arrives in 2min. Then another associate arrives right after him. This is a clean store and even the cashier attendants were cool. I shop here now instead of Lowe's.

I do I do have to say the customer services.Really nice.The workers are really polite.Nice smiles on faces.I never see discrimination.It's cool.I come there.Get all my home supplies and cleaning supplies plants.Or whatever else that I can get there?And I feel like , you know , I want to go back there next time because the way they welcome you

I needed a heetur for my RV I just got a puppy. I went to Home people to look, an hour before they closed. The first employee I asked literally pointed with their finger, where they assumed the heaturrs were. I couldn't help but to inform them that if this was 1993, they would've been written up for not walking the customer to the items exact location. That's when they were putting customers first in that, on the way to bringing the customer to the product, friendly,helpful smalltalk would be implemented. Like "so what are you working on today, etc" So I go to another employee, Juan, who not only showed me where they (heaters) were, actually made haste to get a giant rolling ladder, get the product from the top shelf, and had no sign of being "bothered or distubed" about the extra effort.

I placed an order online on 11/7 and it was delivered on 11/8. However one item was missing from my order upon delivery. I went over to my local homedepot on 47th st in Palmdale and the store Manager provided awesome customer service and corrected the issue with minutes. Thank you!

My local home depot gets 3 out of 5 for 2 reasons. I spent 5 hours there today. A nice lady with her kids asked me for help and I did because I'm use to that, women asking me for assistance. The next 2 situations reflect on Home Depot. I was on screw aisle and a lady walked up and got my attention and asked me to make her a key. The 2nd situation I was talking to an employee and when we finished the customer started talking to me instead of the employee. I did not have on an orange apron, a name tag or clothes that would suggest I worked at home depot. I had on headphones and everything except my shirt said adidas. The watch, the event bag, pants, shoes. Nothing said hardware. Then again I was in the store for 5 hours and no one offered me any help.The lady knew I didn't work there she als
