We needed help in the garden center, so a friendly gentleman called for the garden center clerk who was very helpful. However, this new young girl at checkout was unprofessional and impatient when working with a senior citizen (my mom). If you want to work in customer service, you better know how to understand people than always be understood

We had an excellent experience working with Sonya from the flooring and blinds department. From start to finish, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Sonya spent about an hour and a half to two hours with us, going through each room one by one, carefully explaining options and giving thoughtful recommendations that really fit our space and needs. She never rushed us and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Sonya to anyone looking for flooring or blinds!

I have been a visitor at this HD for over a decade now. Whenever there’s inventory missing in Hackensack location, usually I find it here. Same happened with my most recent purchase of snow blower. It was available at this location but not in other nearby ones. After I out in my order, it was fulfilled within an hour. It was very impressive quick service. Upon arrival at the store, I parked at curbside pickup area, checked in through the app and the associate came out couple of minutes later. She helped me with putting the blower in the trunk. Fantastic service. The snow blower had a reasonable price that also came with a 40V 6A battery.

This is by far the worst Home Depot in the entire United States. I’m currently renovating my new home and need to purchase a lot of materials and tools. Normally, I go to the Hackensack Home Depot, where the service is excellent—so good that it’s always crowded. This time, I decided to try the Paramus location since it’s closer to home. When I saw the nearly empty parking lot, I suspected something was wrong, but I didn’t expect it to be this bad. First of all, the only decent employee I encountered was in the tile section. Everyone else was absolutely terrible. The associate in the screws section had no idea what he was doing. In the lumber area, there’s an Indian employee who’s always wandering around doing nothing, barely acknowledging customers. Over the past month, I’ve been to this

Did a huge home remodel and was here almost every day for nearly four months. They have everything you need, and they even delivered to my doorstep a few times. The app makes the in-store experience so much smoother — it saved me a lot of time.
