Excellent service from Dan. I told him I was looking for a screw to fix the grill handle that had come loose, and he immediately took apart a grill they had for sale to check the exact screw size. Luckily, it was the right one, and I was able to fix my grill with no issues. Really appreciate his help and great attitude!

This place has so much potential. But it consistently falls short, especially when compared to a store like Linden. At the Linden Home Depot it’s easy to get help. It’s easy to find the items that you need and checkouts generally easier to. I tend to choose Park City as my last option. I will go to Linden to pick up materials because they usually have it, and the other reason would be that it’s clean and organized. The best part is it’s a longer drive to Linden for me. Park City is neither, and it’s really frustrating considering they’re the only home surplus store like this in the Wasatch Back. Like I said they have tons of potential.

They took down the American flags that used to be hung over the front entry. Had the pro desk call hardware 3 times to get a tool unlocked. After 30 minutes I was told that the supervisor had just clocked out for lunch. Luckily the vendor was able to unlock a tool for me.

Home Depot Park City is my go-to as a contractor. Stock is solid, lumber and materials are always in, and staff know their stuff in electrical, and the pro desk crew gets me in and out fast. Clean, organized, curbside pickup saves time. They are more than helpful at the self-checkout.
