I’ll be honest, I haven’t always loved coming to this location. I usually try to get in, grab what I need, and head out. In the past, I’ve run into moments where the service felt unfriendly or unhelpful, and when I need real assistance for a project, I’ve sometimes chosen to drive to another store instead. That said, I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Coco a few times now, and she completely changes the experience. Every single time I deal with her, I feel taken care of. She truly understands customer service. I even saw her calmly step in to mediate an argument between two customers in line about who was first, and she handled it professionally and with confidence. They always have what we need but good luck at check out. Self checkout needs to be done by an associate everytime? What's the point of self checkout then... Don't walk directly to the self check lane either, you must wait to be called. Prefer lowes in paterson for this reason.

WOW! Just had an amazing experience at this location. Everyone and I mean everyone is welcoming and all employees I have crossed paths with asked if I needed help. I am still mind blown as that’s not what I am used to at my local HD. I was met with an amazing sales associate that went up and beyond in helping me with my appliances and storm door purchase! Definitely see Felizcia. The store is organized clean and it feels great to walk through. The store manger is for sure leading by example at this location. Will definitely return to this HD in near future. Won’t go anywhere else.

I came in trying to get some wood cut in a specific way and Quan, Gian, Charlie and Eli all helped me to get it the way I wanted. Those boys were super nice and showed that they genuinely wanted to help me. I was super happy because I’ve been to so many places nobody could do it the way I wanted it. I want to thank these boys, they made my day!
