Came to the store to buy an edger and a battery that were $129. Your team wanted me to buy the two separately for $220. I said but it’s online for Home Depot for 129. They said then you have to order it online. So I left and I went to Lowe’s and I bought the equivalent for $139. How stupid is that that I gave another company my money and I think you guys are dumb? Why do you not want money and a customer? I ended up buying a new $140 showerhead while I was at Lowe’s. Nice job guys. Your management would be proud

I need to give a shout out to the management team and staff here. The store is very clean and organized, nothing I'm used to with most HD's. In addition to that, they are extremely friendly and helpful. I had to stop by here twice for a few things while traveling, and couldn't get over how great of an experience it was. Kudos to the entire team here!

The art of customer service is rapidly declining in businesses EVERYWHERE — except for this Home Depot. The associates in this store are friendly, helpful people. They make eye contact and ask how you’re doing, ask how they can help you. When you ask for assistance, they don’t just pull up their phone and give you a random aisle number to go off into alone (coughWalmartcough), they WALK you there, like a person, to the actual aisle and search with you until the item is found. Incredible, so very helpful, and so grateful. Management here is choosing + hiring great people at this location. Shoutout to Matt who helped us find some fishing cart materials, and embodied the excellence of customer service. Give that man a RAISE!

Sammy from Appliances was absolutely amazing. She introduced the idea of an all in one washer and dryer system. She printed out the full spec sheet for us to see if we would be able to incorporate it into a home that were renovating. We also were able to set up an appointment for an install of new windows to have a representative come out and go over the full gambit of the window replacement process for a historic home in Pensacola. Great experience we learned a lot and we were so blessed to be able to encounter such enthusiastic representatives.

Prices were a little high. The selection for insecticides was little lack luster. I contemplated going to the feed and seed store. It’s just had to believe that 99.9 other ingredients and .2 % active ingredients is going to work, but I have been wrong before. This is the one I went with.
