We bought a fresh 5 to 6ft Christmas tree at The home depot 91st peoria. Located just out front of the store. There will be someone out there to help you . Once you pick your tree the worker gives you a tag . Take the tag in the store and pay. You then show receipt to the worker outside get your tree. He gets it all wrapped up with plastic netting for ya. They have all different sizes of trees. The tree stand is outside also with the trees. Tree was $39 for a 5 to 6ft tree. We paid $64 with the. stand . If you have never had a fresh cut tree ... one thing to keep in mind is. You will need to add water almost every day. Pine needs on the floor . Other than that you can just throw away when done . Let's to store .

Sunday March 1st at 6:30 my wife and I came in to buy some electrical outlet replacements. The sign advertisement a price of $1.35 if buying in "bulk" (4 or more). At the register they failed to ring out at the sale price, so we brought this to the attention of the cashier. The young man asked us to go back and take a picture of the sign. He didn't ask for an associate to go look or come with us. We did go back, take the picture and grab another part for confirmation. He confirmed the sign and the parts matched and was very easily able to provide the discount. So easily, in fact, I was stunned we were bothered to walk back and confirm Home Depots price to Home Depot. I understand that it's just 60 cents but that understanding should go both ways. Miranda gave me the best customer service that I have received in a long time!! She handled all of my returns at curbside and went back three different times to get curbside for me I was such a pain in the ass and she didn't get upset or nothing she had a smile on her face the whole time she was happy to help only concerned with how she could help me and I appreciated that because I was a mess. Thank you so much Miranda!!!

So I ordered a delivery the last week of February. Was suppose do be delivered on the last sat. They never showed up. Delivery got canceled do to driver said he didnt have room. So ok reschedule for the next Saturday. Time given was 6 am to 8 am. It's now 10 am. Still 3 loads out before I get my product. I will never order from them again for delivery. The competition delivered with in the time frame i was given on Tuesday. No delays no excuses. Just delivered when said.

I am a Home Depot Pro customer and am posting this to document a serious pricing and customer service issue at the Home Depot located at 9201 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ. An M18 Fuel shop vacuum was displayed in the front aisle near self-checkout on a Milwaukee-branded cardboard wing stack, with Milwaukee branding and products both in front of and behind the item. The display extended approximately 6 feet on both sides, clearly indicating it was designed for Milwaukee merchandise. The displayed price was $59.97, and there was no reasonable indication that the price applied to anything else. (Photo attached for reference.) At checkout, the item rang up at $189.97.
