The manager at this Jackson location Luis, some Hispanic from Puerto Rico or Cuba with the attitudes that many usually have, is completely irrational and ridiculous. I tried to return a brand new fan, no signs of it being open, and I gave him my pro account and my license copy pic because I recently lost my wallet. He would not approve of a credit. I know my credit card numbers, but he made zero effort to help me. You can make a 1,000 purchase as long as you have a credit card or money to pay, and they will most certainly not ask for a license, but when you try to return a miserable 50 dollar fan, they give you a darn hard time. Why would you send opened and damaged products to a customer!? This is beyond stupid!! I qualified for same day delivery and thought wow this is so convenient — wrong!! An opened door knob kit and that was taped shut, done poorly might I add. A damaged box, one would think the rep picking the items would be like, gee maybe this is damaged. DUH!!! What is wrong with your store employees!?

Way to go with your new return/refund policy, automatically denying returns because we don’t have a receipt!? Used to be we would get store credit which was fine since we are always doing home projects. As per your employees everything above $45 gets immediately denied!!! Their words. Like if everybody keeps receipts around specially in the home improvement line of work. Not professional at all.

Went two times in a week to look at appliances and compare prices. Hector was EXTREMELY helpful and educated us on the appliances we were purchasing. Much appreciated since we are first time home buyers. Will continue to recommend Hector.

I love coming to Home Depot with my mom. I went and checked on some prices that I need for electrical. I did see the water hose, was $29 which I think for me is cheap. My mom loves seeing the gardening center. Here are some photos and videos I took.
