Huge shout-out to ZAY at The Home Depot! I asked where the cinder blocks were, and he didn’t just tell me, he walked me there, loaded them into my cart, and then followed me outside to make sure I didn’t strain myself putting them in my car. Truly kind, thoughtful, and above-and-beyond service. I felt genuinely taken care of. Employees like ZAY make all the difference.

Anita and Samir were awesome. I went in there looking for something I’ve been searching for months and they were able to provide me with what I needed. The customer service was amazing, they both got together to find me a solution. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. No one wanted to help—employees were literally hiding and avoiding customers. Most of them were on their phones instead of doing their jobs. The woman at customer service was extremely rude and didnt want to resolve the issue o help . Only ONE young man actually helped me; everyone else ignored me. One employee who was clearly available looked at me, when we ask and ignored me, and walked away. She even said that she wont want to help us Completely unacceptable. Home Depot needs to seriously retrain their staff because this experience was a joke. People have to get mad and complaint to have help
