The Home Depot

home depot kitchen decorator at Plymouth was extremely rude and condescending because I am young. Meanwhile i’m a commercial interior designer with a bachelor’s degree and she’s over here saying stuff like “i wouldn’t know”. I will be going to Metropolitan cabinetry instead because they are actual professionals and super nice there. I’ve never written a review before but this forced me to. Lost a customer.

The customer support of this company is horrendous. They broke my door in December 2025, and have been giving me the run around for 2 months. According to their “policy” if they damage your house they are not aloud to talk about it if you put in a claim. well it’s been 2 months and my door still doesn’t open and I haven’t heard from anyone. Sedgwick (claim company) points their finger at home depot Home depot points their finger at Sedgwick. I’m the loser in the middle ??? You broke my door, admitted you broke my door; come fix the door. Would not recommend buying anything that needs to be delivered as that was an awful experience that still hasn’t ended.

What the h#*@ is going on Home Depot? Every time I go in there the clutter in the aisles gets worse. On my last trip I went in for an extension cord. But there was no way to get them because they were pallets of stock blocking one entire side of that aisle. When i told one of the associates I was looking for an extension cord, I was told if I could reach in behind I could grab one otherwise it was going to "be a while" and offered no further assistance. Luckily 2 other employees had heard this (John and Brian) and came over asked me what I needed and climbed over the stock to get me my extension cord, the one thing that I went there for. Piece of advice for you Home Depot, take your employees for a field trip to Lowe's so they can see how a store should look and how your customers shoul
