I have been impressed with curbside pickup at this home depot location. I ordered a pellet of landscape rock using the app, paid for it and waited for the ready notification. First I must say they gave me 10% off for ordering a pellet of 64 bags! Use your credit card that gives you 3% back and now you have a notable discount! I must say this is the third order this way and my wait has been 15 minutes to two hours. After my ready notification I press on my way. After arriving I park in the curbside pickup and open the app to say I have arrived. I was greeted with a friendly employee with a hand written thank you note, candy, bottle of water and a smile. I was asked to relocate my truck for loading and my vehicle was loaded with care by a skilled tow motor operator! Easy as pie! Keep up the

I rented their truck about a week ago and they held on to the deposit for 3 days, before I finally got my money back. When I asked the representatives in the store when I would get my deposit back, they said oh it's almost instantaneously, just like how they took it. That was false, when I called and asked where my money was they said oh itcan take days. And we have no control over it whatsoever. A completely different story.

Kim in the plumbing department was one of the most helpful employees we have ever had when shopping with HD over the past 30+ years .She is very knowledgeable and can quickly locate items! Really appreciate such a helpful and resourceful employee .

I shop at Home Depot regularly and have purchased everything from everyday items to larger purchases like a dishwasher. I use self-checkout often and visit Customer Service frequently, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Consistently a smooth and reliable experience.

Home Depot has just about everything a homeowner would need. I visit there regularly and they almost always have what I need. The store is clean and the employees are helpful.
