My absolute favorite store. Shopping in store: staff are always helpful with finding an item and always offering to carry out after purchase! Delivery for pick up has also been great to make sure I stay focused on one project at a time. And, home delivery has made it easier for me with larger purchases!

Sales that are not sales! In October I checked on 3 things I wanted to purchase. A Ryobi stick vac, a Ryobi snow thrower and a Glacier toilet. After checking the prices and putting them into the cart on the Homedepot app, I decided to wait a couple of weeks for the Good Friday sale. The Good Friday prices were the same as the October prices. I waited for the cyber sale the next Monday. Once again the "sale" price was the same as in October. Then I got an email from Homedepot telling me to check my cart in the Homedepot app for my new lower price. The prices were the same as in October, on Good Friday and Cyber Monday. Are these guys politicians?

Absolutely awful incompetent liars! I purchase a door. They deliver it damaged: scratched AND dented. They pick it up and deliver another door. Also damaged. Same thing: scratched AND dented. They say they're going to deliver a third door and fail to keep their word. No third door. Not even an attempt to make this right. Now I just want the damaged door off my property and the $664 they charged me for the dented and scratched doors. They won't even do that. I had to initiate a charge back with my bank and file a complaint with the Attorney General and still nothing. Door is still sitting on my property and they're still holding $664 of my money. Awful, incompetent liars! DO NOT RECOMMEND! GO TO LOWE'S! THEY AREN'T INCOMPETENT LIARS!!

Great service. I was installing fans and ceiling lights myself for the first time. Special shout out to Sean - from electrical department, for patiently explaining all the steps and helping with needed tools.

A few weeks ago, I ordered lights and I did not wait long enough for my order pick up. When I called, the sales rep said it was no problem, got them out and walked to my car in the nasty weather. It was so very kind. I wish I could remember her name. I believe she had a face piercing. I want her to know that her kindness does not go unnoticed
