The Home Depot

The Negative:( minus a point) is because the manager (11/2025) came up to me and said in a concerned way:” Can I help you”?, basically implying I was either illegally taking photos of store displays, or that I had shoplifted something. I told him that I was a Google “Local Guide, Level 8”, and I took photos to upload to the Home Depot's site, as I made a good review. Just check out my pics! They promote sales and a great image. They are unique/creative. I almost told him:” Sir, is there a problem”? “Do you want to check my pockets”? The positive: Great location, off the Interstate. Clean store. The Christmas flower display is amazing! (see the pics).

First of all Home Depot is such a nice store, everything is very organized. I don’t know a whole lot about construction or things related to the materials in Home Depot 😂 but I had to go get some nails and a short plank of wood. I was able to find it relatively quickly, and the prices were great! I do wish that there were more staff members out that I could ask for assistance in finding what I needed. Besides that, lovely store!

DO NOT order carpet from this store. Their customer service is trying to avoid taking responsibility or working with us to find a reasonable solutions for our defective carpet installation. We paid more than $2000 to have carpet installed in 3 small rooms. The installation was completed and upon inspection we found a massive white line on the carpet from a manufacturing defect on the biggest room. Home Depot’s only options was a minimal $200 refund and keep the defective carpet or wait 3 weeks just to have more manufactured and then God knows how long to actually have some come and install. The inconvenience that this has caused us being in the middle of a remodel does not reflect only a $200 reimbursement. We have furniture moved around, sleeping in the living room, but Home Depot says it

Great experience from start to finish. The Home Depot team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the service and products met my expectations, and I’d definitely recommend Home Depot to anyone looking for reliable service and good value.

My hats off to Jack. While I was looking for a washer cap, my son wandered a short distance from my side. When I realized I couldn’t see him, I panicked. Jack immediately noticed my distress and responded without hesitation. He was attentive enough to realize my son had been by my side and then suddenly wasn’t, and he quickly helped ensure my son was safe. I’m incredibly grateful for Jack’s awareness and quick action
