Home Depot is always my go-to for home improvement and repair needs. The store is well stocked, organized, and easy to navigate. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to point you in the right direction when you need advice. Prices are fair, checkout is quick, and they usually have everything I’m looking for in one stop. Whether it’s tools, building materials, or household projects, Home Depot consistently delivers great service. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Marcelo and to the lady at the customer service desk (don’t know her name). I called the morning of November 21 and the lady was quick to answer my call and checked to see if they had the item I wanted. She confirmed it and took my name and number and was very polite. Marcelo called me back and got my info to pay to secure the item and was very friendly. I’ve worked in retail for a while and know how hard it can be at times to remain friendly and professional at times but these individuals set the example for others!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I experienced during my recent visit to your store. If I could give a “negative zero” rating, I absolutely would. The level of service I encountered was unacceptable and made what should have been a simple trip extremely frustrating. I came in needing only three items. Unfortunately, because I am not familiar with the layout of every department, I spent nearly two hours searching for them on my own. During that time, I approached a sales floor associate for help, and he told me he was “busy” and to “ask somebody else.” This alone already reflects poorly on your customer service standards. The manager "Christopher" helped us out tremendously when we were placing an online order. He went over each item we ordered, when we were having a hard time with the website. He went above and beyond to help us, and we will always be grateful 🙏

Great selection of all things home improvement. I'm not a fan of the sales people following you around asking about your water treatment and air ducts. Overall a great place to find what you need.
