I called and asked if they would price match Farm and Home kerosene 2.5 gallon 24.99. H. D. said yes on the phone we will price match kerosene. I thought great because F.H. was out till this afternoon. Drove over got 7 -2.5 gallon jugs. Customer service said No!! Not exactly the same kind. ITS KEROSENE!!! Well that extra $35 you made today will cost you for years NOW!! Thats Poor Customer Service

We were looking for chain link fence panels for our dog kennel but they didn't have any single panels and the full kennels were outrageously prices. We are also doing some remodeling but couldn't get anyone to help us in the paint department. We finally left without purchasing anything. I believe customer service is a dead art these days.

Ordered an item online, they stated it could take up to two hours for pickup. Well I got there in 30 minutes or less, and they had it ready to go ALREADY!!! BTW The girls at customer service were SUPER!

Mark is an employee at this Home Depot in Quincy IL. I definitely think certain things shouldn’t be said online. I don’t think I will be returning.
