@Home Depot who responded to this. I already waited on hold and spoke to someone wasting over 45min of my time because they said there was nothing they can do and will tell someone up the chain and I may hear back. I won't leave the name of the associate I spoke to here. I was told that the call was recorded and they would hear my frustration then when I explained the situation to the employee over the phone they completely understood... but couldn't do anything lol Amazingly 7:30am this morning the machine was picked up... so they could do something probably because i told them if they don't get it I'm just going to leave it down the street and they can deal with the tickets fine or towing. Had the most pleasant store experience thanks to John H. in lighting. I was having trouble finding the right bulbs and he offered assistance and helped me find what I needed right away. He even went above and beyond helping me quickly repair one of the items I needed a bulb for. The whole experience was a breeze and I’m so grateful John was there ready to help. Awesome customer service!

Subject: A Frustrating and Misleading Experience at the Reading Store I’ve never been more disappointed with a retail experience. I was promised an item—Dominic the Donkey—by a manager at the Reading store, only to have it sold to someone else. When I tried to follow up, I was met with evasive responses and repeated phone issues. The phone rang endlessly, disconnected mysteriously, and when I finally got through, I was greeted by name—only for the call to drop again. Multiple callbacks went unanswered. Eventually, I spoke with the same manager who had been polite the day before and had promised a follow-up call. That call never came. I placed an online order for the item, and within 45 minutes, it was canceled. When I asked for a manager, the call was disconnected again, and no one calle

They were the only store out of 5 stores that had a 30x78 door in stock. Alby is an amzing employee with a great sense of humor. He helped us purchase an exterior door and a storm door and made the whole process so easy
