Outstanding Customer Service I usually go to Lowes in Morgantown because it’s much closer to my house, however, Home Depot had the generator that my husband wanted, in stock. I was blown away by the level of customer service. I was in the store less than 30 seconds before I was being offered assistance. I ended up being assisted by four different team members throughout my time there. All were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They had no hesitation in answering my questions/concerns. One team member even helped me out to my car without me having to ask. I am super pleased with my experience there and will be back solely based off the customer service I experienced that day.

Home Depot is always clean, everything in its marked and rightful place. The cashiers and workers are very helpful and know where everything is located. Great place to go, especially if you’re a carpenter OR a layman doing a project yourself and have questions.

I visited right before Christmas to get some pain samples for a room im working on. I also have a medical condition that causes me to pass out and become very weak. While at the store with my toddler, I had an episode. I was able to call my husband to help and after he arrived and assisted me, Lisa and Bob took care of my toddler. They entertained her, showed her tools and christmas decorations, and got her water. Lisa also supplied me with water and salt for my condition. They went above and beyond and I'm very greatful for them! Thank you very much!

BEN HAUGHNEY is an associate at EXETER HOME DEPOT. After several visits of having personnel not of much help, I come to find Ben so very, very helpful each and every time I visit! THANKS TO BEN! Prior to finding him my last visit, I asked an employee (a shorter, older woman) where the bungy cords were -- standing under the exact aisle where they were, I later find out. She looked like a "deer in headlights." Said she did not know and kept walking never offering to assist or find out the location. Thank you, Ben - no matter the location, the item or the need - Ben never gives up until he has fulfilled an item request! He is one for management training in the future!

Today I had an amazing experience with two lovely ladies who helped me with a window blind customization. Neyda and Cadence helped me pick out the right look for my kitchen, but more importantly they put a smile on my face. As we all go through life’s ups and downs, I was going through a down due to the loss of my brother and these two amazing ladies brightened my day. I hope and pray that these ladies will get an opportunity to grow with your company.
